Any additional delivery or re-shipping costs will be handled as follows: Where a failed delivery is attributable to the customer, reasonable additional shipping costs may be charged to the customer, provided that such costs are communicated and agreed upon before re-shipping.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
Consumers purchasing products through www.lastwalk.eu generally have the right to withdraw from the distance purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the conditions and statutory exceptions described below.
For goods, the 14-day withdrawal period generally begins on the day after the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, receives the goods.
Where several goods from one order are delivered separately, the applicable withdrawal period is determined in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform LAST WALK of the decision to withdraw before the applicable withdrawal period expires.
The withdrawal may be submitted through:
Email: hello@lastwalkgroup.com
The customer should provide:
- full name;
- order number;
- identification of the product(s) being returned;
- email address used for the order;
- an unequivocal statement confirming the decision to withdraw from the purchase.
The customer does not need to provide a reason for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.
Customers may also exercise their right of withdrawal online using the following function:
Withdraw from contract here: XXXXXXX
After the online withdrawal request has been submitted, LAST WALK will send confirmation of receipt electronically without undue delay.
The confirmation will include the information submitted by the customer and the date and time of submission.
After informing LAST WALK of the decision to withdraw, the customer must return the relevant goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated, unless LAST WALK has agreed otherwise.
Returns must be sent to:
Recipient: LAST WALK GROUP EOOD
Return address: Mladost 2, bl. 282, entrance 1, floor 1, apartment 2, 1799 Sofia, Bulgaria
Telephone: +359 888 07 40 07
Before sending a return, customers are encouraged to contact: hello@lastwalkgroup.com so that the return can be correctly identified and processed.
A return should contain sufficient information to identify the relevant order.
The direct cost of returning products under the 14-day right of withdrawal will be paid by the customer
If the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, this cost is not reimbursed by LAST WALK except where required by applicable law. This section relates to returns where the customer has simply exercised the right of withdrawal.
The cost of returning defective, incorrect or non-conforming products is handled separately under the Complaints section below.
Customers may inspect a product to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, in a manner comparable to how the product could reasonably be inspected in a physical store.
Returned products should, where reasonably possible, include their original packaging, labels, accessories and any other components supplied with the product.
The customer may be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning
.For clothing, customers may reasonably try on the product for fit but should not use or wear it beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection.
Signs of use beyond reasonable inspection may include, depending on the product:
- visible wear;
- stains;
- odours;
- washing;
- damage;
- alteration;
- contamination;
-- other handling resulting in a reduction in the value of the product.
Nothing in this section removes or restricts a consumer's statutory right of withdrawal.
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products where an exception is provided by applicable law.
This may include, where relevant:
- goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised;
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery;
- other goods or services expressly excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law.
An exception will only be applied where the relevant legal requirements are satisfied.
The fact that a product is clothing does not, by itself, remove the consumer's statutory right of withdrawal.
Where the customer validly exercises the statutory right of withdrawal, LAST WALK will refund the payments that must be reimbursed under applicable law.
The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days from the date on which LAST WALK is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw.
For sales of goods, LAST WALK may withhold the refund until:
- the returned goods have been received; or
- the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back,
whichever occurs first, unless LAST WALK has offered to collect the goods.
Where required by applicable law, a valid withdrawal will also include reimbursement of the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by LAST WALK for the original order.
If the customer selected a more expensive delivery option, such as express delivery, LAST WALK is not required to refund the additional cost above the standard delivery price.
Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method has been expressly agreed with the customer and the customer does not incur additional fees as a result.
The actual time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the customer's bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method used for the transaction (bank card via Fibank virtual POS).
The current exchange procedure is: exchanges for a different size or product are available subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
If direct exchanges are not offered, customers wishing to purchase another size or product may be required to return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
This does not affect statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
The rights relating to defective or non-conforming products are separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Consumers are entitled to the statutory legal guarantee applicable under Bulgarian and European Union consumer protection law.
For consumer goods, a legal guarantee of at least two years from delivery applies in accordance with applicable legislation.
If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or does not correspond to its description or the customer's order, the customer may submit a complaint to LAST WALK.
Complaints may be submitted to:
Email: hello@lastwalkgroup.com
Telephone: +359 888 07 40 07
Address: Mladost 2, bl. 282, entrance 1, floor 1, apartment 2, 1799 Sofia, Bulgaria
When submitting a complaint, customers should provide:
- full name;
- contact information;
- order number;
- identification of the affected product;
- description of the problem or non-conformity;
- proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, receipt or invoice;
- photographs or other supporting information, where appropriate.
Providing clear photographs may help us assess certain issues more quickly, but this does not remove any statutory rights of the customer.
After receiving a complaint, LAST WALK will review the information provided and may contact the customer if additional information is reasonably required. Where applicable, the customer may be asked to return the affected product for inspection.
Complaints will be registered and processed in accordance with applicable Bulgarian consumer protection legislation.
Where required by law, the customer will receive confirmation or documentation relating to the submitted complaint.
The complaint will be assessed based on:
- the customer's order;
- the condition of the product;
- the reported defect or non-conformity;
- supporting documents;
- applicable consumer protection legislation.
Where a product is confirmed to be defective or non-conforming, the customer is entitled to the remedies available under applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances, these may include:
- bringing the goods into conformity;
- repair, where applicable;
- replacement;
- proportionate reduction of the price;
- termination of the contract and refund where the legal conditions for termination are met.
The applicable remedy will depend on the nature of the defect, the product and the requirements of applicable consumer protection law.
LAST WALK will not charge the consumer for costs that must legally be borne by the Seller when bringing defective or non-conforming goods into conformity.
If the customer receives a product different from the one ordered, they should contact LAST WALK at: hello@lastwalkgroup.com
and provide:
- order number;
- photograph of the received product;
- photograph of the product label/size where applicable;
- brief description of the issue.
Where the incorrect delivery is attributable to LAST WALK, the matter will be resolved without affecting the customer's statutory rights.
If a product arrives damaged, the customer should contact LAST WALK as soon as reasonably possible at: hello@lastwalkgroup.com
Where possible, please provide:
- order number;
- photographs of the external packaging;
- photographs of the damaged product;
- a description of the damage.
The customer should keep the product and packaging until instructed otherwise where reasonably possible, as they may be required for assessment or a claim with the carrier. This procedure does not restrict the customer's statutory rights.
The statutory guarantee covers defects and non-conformity for which the Seller is legally responsible.
It does not generally cover problems caused solely by circumstances such as:
- normal wear and tear;
- improper washing or care;
- accidental damage after delivery;
- misuse of the product;
- failure to follow applicable care instructions;
- unauthorised alteration or modification of the product.
Each complaint will nevertheless be assessed individually and in accordance with applicable law.
Customers should follow the care instructions supplied with the product and/or displayed on the product label.
Improper washing, drying, ironing, alteration or other treatment may damage a product and may affect whether a later issue constitutes a legal non-conformity.
This does not affect statutory rights relating to defects that are the responsibility of the Seller.
Customers may use the following form to exercise their right of withdrawal. Use of this exact form is not mandatory where the customer has otherwise made a clear statement of the decision to withdraw.
