Hereinafter referred to as “LAST WALK”, “we”, “us” or “the Seller”.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through www.lastwalk.eu.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that:
- the information provided during checkout is complete and accurate;
- they have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement;
- they have reviewed the product information and total price before placing the order;
- they accept these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Shipping & Returns and Privacy policies.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The Terms applicable to an order are those in effect at the time the order is placed.
LAST WALK offers clothing, accessories and other products displayed on www.lastwalk.eu.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, sizes, colours, materials and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
However, colours and visual appearance may vary slightly depending on the customer's screen, device settings, lighting and production characteristics.
Product availability is subject to stock.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible and, where payment has already been made, arrange an appropriate refund.
All product prices are displayed in EUR and included VAT.
Any applicable shipping charges are displayed separately during checkout before the customer confirms the order.
The total amount payable by the customer will be shown before the final purchase is submitted.
LAST WALK reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Any such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
In the event of an obvious technical, typographical or pricing error, LAST WALK reserves the right to cancel the affected order. If payment has already been received, the customer will be informed and the amount paid will be refunded.
Orders are placed through www.lastwalk.eu.
The standard ordering procedure is as follows:
1. Select the desired product.
2. Select the available size, colour or other applicable product variation.
3. Select the desired quantity.
4. Add the product to the shopping cart.
5. Review the products in the shopping cart.
6. Proceed to checkout.
7. Enter the required contact, billing and shipping information.
8. Select an available delivery method.
9. Select an available payment method.
10. Review the products, quantities, prices, shipping costs and total order value.
11. Read and accept the applicable Terms & Conditions and policies.
12. Confirm the order and complete the payment, where applicable.
Before submitting the order, the customer is responsible for checking that all entered information is correct.
Once the order has been submitted, changes may not always be possible.

LAST WALK cannot guarantee that an order can be modified once it has entered processing or production.
After successfully placing an order, the customer will receive an Order Confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
The Order Confirmation will normally include information such as:
- order number;
- ordered products;
- selected product variations;
- quantities;
- individual and total prices;
- applicable shipping costs;
- total order value;
- billing information;
- shipping information;
- selected delivery method;
- selected payment method.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address.
If an Order Confirmation is not received, the customer should first check their spam or junk folder and, if necessary, contact LAST WALK at: hello@lastwalkgroup.com
The purchase agreement between the customer and LAST WALK is considered concluded when LAST WALK confirms acceptance of the customer's order by email.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
LAST WALK currently accepts: Debit and credit card payments via Fibank virtual POS terminal.
For online card payments, payment processing is provided by: First Investment Bank AD (Fibank)
Where payment is processed by an external payment service provider or financial institution, the customer's payment information may be processed directly by that provider in accordance with its own security and privacy requirements.
LAST WALK does not store full payment card details where these are processed directly by the payment service provider.
An order may not be processed or dispatched until the applicable payment has been successfully authorised or received.
If a payment is declined, cancelled or otherwise unsuccessful, the order may remain incomplete.
Successful submission of an order does not necessarily mean that payment has been successfully completed.
Where payment is required online, the customer should follow the instructions displayed during checkout.
The order status may include, depending on the system configuration:
- Pending payment;
- Processing;
- On hold;
- Completed;
- Cancelled;
- Refunded;
- Failed.
The exact status of an order may also be communicated to the customer by email.
Where an invoice is requested or required under applicable law, LAST WALK will issue the appropriate sales document based on the billing information provided by the customer.
Customers requesting an invoice must provide complete and accurate billing information, including, where applicable:
- legal or personal name;
- company name;
- billing address;
- Company Registration Number / UIC;
- VAT Number;
- any other legally required information.
Invoices are provided via: Email, electronically, upon request.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the billing information submitted during checkout is correct.
Other legally required sales or payment documents will be issued in accordance with applicable Bulgarian legislation and the selected method of payment.
Available shipping destinations, delivery methods, estimated delivery times and applicable shipping charges are described on our Shipping & Returns page and/or displayed during checkout.
Delivery is currently available to: Bulgaria and European Union member states.
Orders are shipped using: We ship exclusively with Speedy for both domestic deliveries within Bulgaria and international deliveries to supported EU member states.
Standard order processing time is: 1 business day.
Estimated delivery times begin after the parcel has been handed over to the courier and do not include the standard order processing time of 1 business day.Delivery within Bulgaria is provided through Speedy's Standard 24 Hours service, subject to the courier's delivery schedule for the destination.Estimated international delivery times vary by destination, generally ranging from 2 to 7 business days for the supported EU destinations. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address and contact information.
LAST WALK is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

Consumers purchasing products online may have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by applicable consumer protection legislation.
The customer does not need to provide a reason for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.

If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or does not correspond to the order or its description, the customer should contact LAST WALK at: hello@lastwalkgroup.com
The customer should provide, where applicable:
- full name;
- order number;
- identification of the affected product;
- description of the issue;
- photographs showing the issue;
- proof of purchase;
- any other information reasonably necessary to assess the complaint.
Complaints relating to defective or non-conforming goods will be handled in accordance with applicable Bulgarian and European consumer protection legislation.

The statutory rights applicable to defective or non-conforming goods are separate from the customer's 14-day right of withdrawal.

We will make reasonable efforts to process the cancellation. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed if the order has already been processed, prepared, personalised, dispatched or otherwise entered a stage where cancellation is no longer reasonably possible.
This provision does not affect any statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer rights.
From time to time, LAST WALK may offer promotional campaigns, discount codes or special offers.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotions cannot be combined;
- discount codes must be entered before completing the order;
- discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders;
- promotional offers may be subject to specific validity periods or product restrictions.
Any specific conditions applicable to a promotion will be communicated together with the relevant offer.

Purchasing a product from LAST WALK does not transfer any intellectual property rights relating to the LAST WALK brand, designs or content.
We aim to keep www.lastwalk.eu accessible and functioning correctly. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Access to the website may occasionally be restricted or interrupted due to:
- maintenance;
- technical issues;
- hosting or network problems;
- security requirements;
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
LAST WALK may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

These Terms do not limit the customer's mandatory statutory rights.

Personal data may be processed where necessary for purposes including:
- processing and fulfilling orders;
- payment processing;
- delivery;
- customer communication;
- handling returns and complaints;
